BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS


 

Event Fee
The attendance fee includes attendance at all sessions noted on the programme, all breaks, lunches and networking events. Please note that for reasons beyond the control of the organising committee it may prove necessary to change or amend the content or timing of the programme without prior warning.

Payment is due 7 days from date of invoice. All payments must be received prior to the start of the event to guarantee entry.

Event Cancellation
Upon receiving your completed registration form, NGA will issue confirmation details and this booking will then be formally confirmed. All cancellations will be subject to a £50 administration charge. Delegate substitutions are welcome at any time.

Cancellations received in writing after 2 February 2019 will be subject to a 100% charge unless the place can be resold.

All cancellations must be sent to NGA in writing to acollins@ngaevents.co.uk.

Photographs
Photographs taken during the event – including during the conference presentations, coffee and lunch breaks, and networking sessions – may be used for marketing purposes.
